I'm currently reading a book called "Kamamudra: The Joy of Bliss" - all about the tantric sexual aspects of Tibetan Buddhism.
I am learning about something called thiglé in Tibetan. It is hard to describe. But it's kind of like chi, passion, and what makes us feel alive inside. The author described it as what makes the butterflies in our stomach when we are in love.
Of course, thiglé is very important to our overall health - mind, body, and spirit. So, I started to think about what I include in my day that causes those wonderful butterflies. What stimulates thiglé in my day?
For me, it's study, dance, spending time with my children and friends, walking along the beach, and totally relaxing.
I'd love to know what you could add to your life that would increase those butterflies on a daily basis. Maybe we can inspire each other!
OOh I love this. Feeling confident, knowing I get to listen to/attend one of your talks on IT, diving into a juicy novel, completing everything on my to do list, dancing. learning, a well timed typo.
